My call today went great and assistant very knowledgeable. The not so great is that I have a hard time getting anyone on the phone. Once I called for an entire hour, no one answered. If the automated system is down you won’t find that out until you took your precious time put in your card info account number address etc. just to hear OUR AUTOMATED SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING AT THIS TIME 🤨

Ms.Trinei White was wonderful! She was extremely professional and very patient.The prices with Lincoln are€ none expensive and works within my budget perfectly. I have called many other insurance agencies and what was quoted to me was ridiculously high. I am very happy with my policy and would recommend you talk to Ms Trinei.

Excellent service on the spot have been with this company for 33 years have had a couple of issues in the past but nothing too bad as far as me getting my insurance renewed the last x amount of years not a problem The girl is sufficient and right on spot and I am happy
